Machine learning techniques and artificial intelligence are becoming more and more powerful in finding patterns to predict people's personality and drive their future choices when buying or voting. How might policy and legislation protect us from unknown unintended misuses of the knowledge we share? Is legislation and policy about open access advancing at the right pace?
